I've just got my Samsung S2 back for the 3rd time

OK here's the deal I've taken my Samsung S2 into MTN for the 3rd time now for the same problem and they still won't replace it. I just got it back today and I tried to switch on the Wi-Fi and guess what, the thing switched off again. The manufacturers said it's the software from the AppStore, but the problem started happening after I used Kies Air which is installed on the phone by default, so tell me how can it be the other software I've downloaded?

I'm going to be taking it back to MTN tomorrow, and if I don't get a replacement phone this time I'm going to take the manufacturers to task. I hope this time you can do me the courtesy of giving me a replacement phone and stop waisting my time.

OK so since the complaint above I had to take my phone in another 2 times, that's 5 times and eventually it seems like the phone has been sorted out, the problem here is that I've had this phone for over a year and I've only had the use of it for about 4 months of that so I emailed the nice guys at [Email Removed] to ask if I could get at least 3 month compensation, and guess what I still haven't heard back from them, what a nice group of guys and what great service.
