I dont know where to start on this, i have enquired numerous times about a certain phone (LG optimus G E975) both in store and online, online I got a "device is in testing will let our customers know" response via email, in store I get a "dont know what you are talking about' and "we only have the lg L9' at another vodacom store nearby, and thats it nobody lifted a finger to offer any kind of help in store. Surely the people working at vodacom must know whats going on. When a customer knows more than the employees about their business something is clearly not right?
Now the whole reason I am upset is because LG south africa told me that only vodacom will offer the device, which i can believe because the phones firmware page only has vodacom for south africa. It should have been available in February already.

However I am tired of waiting and am over it now, and will be sticking with MTN, just feel you guys should get your stuff in order.
