The delivery of my phone in the 5 stipulated days never arrived. When I phoned to query where it was, it seems that MTN gave the delivery company the wrong address (my home address). I ended up having to call the delivery company to resolve the address issue. It is now going to be delivered because I had to resolve this issue myself.
What kind of service are they offering if the client has to resolve the issue for them?! I am beyond annoyed that they made no attempt to resolve the issue, but simply pawned me off from retention upgrade agent to agent, and then eventually to the delivery company. I am more annoyed that my phone is now being delivered outside of the stipulated 2 to 5 working days. Absolutely DISGUSTING service.
