I have been trying to cancel my account an finally received an email today stating that this will only be done as of 30 April. Well... that is unacceptable.
I have been paying my account for months without getting the service that I am paying for.
And now that I want to cancel you want to throw technicalities before me to squeeze some more money out of me.
Well that is not happening.

I will be putting a stop order on your payment this month if you try and deduct.
