I have contacted Mweb in may 2013 to ask them to close one of my user accounts and stop the debit order. I have faxed a cancellation request and followed up with a phonecall. Since may they keep on billing me and I have made several phonecalls to them in this regard I have also faxed the original cancellation to them monthly. Their latest ref number for this case 20130801005918. When you open an account with them its fast and debit order is approved over telephone line - to cancel seems to be impossible. It would seem that this is done on purpose and completely against consumer law. Account username to be cancelled: SACRAB for R199
