We've been struggling with faulty lines since August 2012. Swicthboard with Nashua. Technicians back and forth blaming each other. Eventually concluded Telkom error. Lines underground faulty. Told I will wait MONTHS for it to be fixed. In interrim the incoming calls scratches so bad, we cant hear. Holding payment back until sorted, now Telkom cut lines. No lines whatsoever, no internet, no fax. Business already in financial difficulty and Telkom is hitting the very last nail in the coffin. I dispise you, disgusting service, shame on you. No one answers their phones, not Dot Lamb whom advised of the cut, not 10217, not the complaints desk. No response to emails, no response to faxes.
