I fully understand your dependency on Seacom to deliver their services. However, I find it unacceptable that you charge a premium for a "premium" ADSL account but then have absolutely no reliable redundancy in place. I also find it completely unacceptable that you make statements such as that the network is operating at 1/3rd capacity (on mybroadband) but many users than indicate that they cannot even open web sites or email!
You need to decide whether you are a budget or a premium provider and adjust your marketing and service levels accordingly.
