I have hand in my iPhone 4 seven weeks (7) ago for repairs (insurance). No one contacted me and I had to call the Autopage on numerous times. Firstly they said that the phone will be repaired (the screen cracked but the LCD was intact) Then I call and ask how long I have to wait, they said the phone can not be repaired and I have to get a new phone. I agree on it and is willing to pay the exses in. Today phone again, now the excuse is that MTN has no Iphone 4 in stock. As said this is going on for 7 weeks.
It seems that it is a big effort from them to help a client. I am with Autopage for the pass 7 years but thinking of going to another service provide
