I have hand in my Iphone 4 seven weeks ago for repairs (insurance). No one contacted me and I had to call the Autopage on numerous times. Firstly they said that the phone will be repaired (the screen cracked but the LCD was intact) Then I call and ask how long I have to wait, they said the phone can not be repaired and I have to get a new phone. I agree on it and is willing to pay the exses in. Today phone again, now the excuse is that MTN has no Iphone 4 in stock
