I purchased an MTN Dual Call service from an MTN shop on 17/12/2013 and was told that the service will be activated on the secondary SIM card within 24/48 hours. It has now been a week and after another visit to the shop and multiple calls to the 808 call centre, my secondary SIM card has still not been activated. Every time I call 808, I am given a different explanation as to what the issue is, that it has been escalated, and that it should be handled within 24/48 hours...
