I have a cell c Contract Blackberry that I upgraded to end of May 2013 in beginning of November it started to turn off by itself after calling the call center and having no help at all I went to Cell C Store Rustenburg on 2nd Of January 2014 to book in my blackberry for repairs after waiting until after Christmas knowing its going to be no use booking it in .. in December. At the Cell C store in Rustenburg i was informed that it will take 3-4 Weeks to repair We are at week 6 now. on Week 5 I went into store the lady "checked" on the computer but cant see anything and will inform me when my phone gets back? Im using my phone for business. Cell c expects to be paid each month but I dont have a phone to use??? I want my phone or I want it replaced!!!
