I have been waiting now over a month for a Data Contract I opened at iStore Clearwater to be changed from an open line to a top up Line. The staff at iStore who are the Dealers for MTN are completely useless and do not explain anything to their customers! I am beyond annoyed and am at the point where I want to get legal advice to sort this out!!!
I have a USD ref#1836336, Person in charge of my problem a Mr Mongezi Cawe, who has in no way contacted me. What I don't understand, is why is this taking so long and why am I never updated with the status of this issue!? MTN blames iStore Clearwater and iStore Clearwater puts it into MTN's hands.
As far as I am Concerned MTN can take their Data Contract and iPad back. I am DISGUSTED with the way my problem has been handled! I will also be closing the other 2 lines I have with MTN.
I have had this error before with MTN and it didn't even take 48hrs to resolve, so it escapes me as to why this is taking so long.
A month is just ridiculous in this day and age for a simple issue to be resolved.
Like I stated above, I will be contacting my Legal Aid should I not have some sort of resolve by close of business Wednesday (27th March 2013)
