Not willing to help

Hi,

I got myself an Ipad from Celluicity Clearwater Mall yesterday. The salesperson there couldn't activate my device, as they did not have Wi Fi. We took it to the iStore to ask them to activate but a gentle man by the name of Stewart very rudely told the sales person from Cellucity that he would do it and charge him R200.00. My concern is that they are the iStore in the Mall, so if I needed any help would I get the same attitude?
