I have had a faulty line since the day I opened my account. Whenever it Rains, is too hot, my line SNR drops to below 9, otherwise loses sync completely.
Recently I have also experience I high amount of packet loss during ping tests to local and international sites. Ranging from 13% - 94%.
I have asked for them to replace the cable time and time again, and have to date received credits amounting to - R5000 in just over a 2 year period.
As a business I cannot work this way, have done all the trouble shooting for them, and it is definitely the line. I am not looking for more credits (although i will claim them everytime my service goes down). I just want it fixed and I will gladly pay the full amount. I need to be contacted by a senior technician and cabling department so i can pass on my findings and proof.
Please telkom, if you read this. Your service in this department is SEVERELY lacking, and I cannot keep reporting the fault. I need to be contacted before ANY fault is closed.
