If you have a look at my previous reports, you will see that Fezeka Magagula did not respond to my emails sent to her after I applied for a contract.
After that, Sidefree Valoyi was assigned and he took over my application. My application was approved, according to Sidefree. I was placed on a waiting list. Sidefree promised me that I will have my cellphone before 31 March 2013, as that is the date I cancelled my contract with Nashua Mobile to port to Cell C. I explained the fact that I cant receive the phone after 31 March 2013 as I can not be without a contract, as Nashua will port my number then.
However, I sent him (Sidefree) an email on Wednesday 20 March 2013, as the working days until the 31st is fast decreasing and I wanted an update on the process. After he did not respond, I sent him a follow up email yesterday, recognising the fact that it was a public holiday and requesting feedback on 22 March 2013. I received a read receipt from the email, but he did not bother to respond.

I do not feel that this is the service one should receive after paying a termination fee to port to Cell C?
