Eason to PORT cellular numbers

Well i have been an MTN subscriber for numerous years, and day after day your service is deteriorating, i have a blackberry on pre-paid as well as on contract, now your new service you pay an AMOUNT for each specified service you use, why is it on prepaid if your airtime runs out one cannot use the entire BIS SERVICE (BEARING IN MIND EACH FUNCTION IS BILLED SEPARATELY), EVERY MONTH I LOAD R35 of airtime per week on my phone, for in case of emergencies, but each time u utilise you BIS service, one tends to pay of your airtime, which now means your billing us double for one service and if our airtime is depleted, one cannot utilise the service at all

WHY WOULD CLIENTS WANT TO STAY WITH YOU, vodacom has better COVERAGE and service, telkom provides everyone with great telephony, please let us know why it would be financially viable to proceed hasving any telephony business with you (MTN)
