I have been to numourous vodacom outlets and was told that if my contract ends and is moved to prepaid i will be able to keep the airtime that i have accumalated over the past 2 years Paying my contract, now that the time has come and my contract is ending i have been informed that i will lose all my airtime if it is not used by 31 August. this is totally unacceptable as i have already paid for this airtime and should be able to keep it or at least give me a better option than simply losing out on airtime i have already paid for..
