Dear Cell C. I have been having network problems for almost 2 weeks now in Melrose Arch and Lonehill, and last weekend in Centurion.
People cannot get through to me, my phone is always on voice mail (Vodacom & MTN sim cards work just fine in my phone) and I struggle to use my internet services. All I get from Cell C are sms' telling me i"ve missed calls!!! My bbms and whatsapps don't go through half the time and the internet kicks me out!!! I'd call the call center if I could make calls! I've complained on twitter and no one has got back to me.
What's the point of having a smart phone (or any phone for that matter) if I can't use it? I'm seriously considering ending my contract with Cell C and porting to a better network.
I'm so over your constant network problems!!!
