I was phoned lastweek Wednesday and offered a blackberry 10 by cell c and I accepted the offer for a black handset. They told me it would delivered this week already and from previous experience the longest it took was three days to get a new phone delivered by them.this week Wednesday I phoned to track the order after 15 minutes of holding the line for an operator the lady told the system is offline they will phone me back... This morning I phoned again which I was only advised they don't have black handsets only white and I said change it to white then and can I come and pick it up or will it be delivered today they advised me no it must be delivered and it will be only done on Monday! this to me is unacceptable as there was no communication from their side and the lame old sorry for the inconvience isn't gonna work anymore they must make a plan to deliver the phone today!!!
