You all need to be trained

I went into the MTN store in Canal Walk upper level near Woolworths where I asked a lady behind the counter if they had stock of the Iphone 5 16gb in black to which she nodded yes. I noticed the Queue was very long and decided to walk and locate the next MTN store. I got to the shop, which was empty and asked the gent if i could please have the Iphone i was wanting. He then said to me he had no stock. So i asked him couldn't he get one from the other MTN store (in the same mall) to which he snapped NO. He didnt even make an effort and in my opinion, MTN is MTN, surely they are linked?? You dont shrug your shoulders at a customer ans say "i dunno"

So back to the original store i walked and stood in the Queue for a ridiculous amount of time. Eventually to be helped by the most unfriendliest person I have ever come across, Mr. N. Burton. No a hello, not a Yello, not a smile NOTHING

He was rude and had no passion for his job, no matter how much he hates it or whatever, I am the client and a demand service and manners.

He even has the cheek to take out his cell phone, check it, take out his charger and put it on charge whilst interacting with me. I find this unacceptable and rude.
