My phone is due for an upgrade and I received an sms from Nashua Mobile in this regard. I'm finding it impossible to upgrade though. The website has been out of order for more than two weeks, and all the consultants are always busy when I phone. I've left my names five time and were assured every time that somebody would phone me back but to no avail. One week later and I'm still waiting.
