After weeks of anticipation for the Iphone 5 I went one weekend after another, and call after call to the local Cell C store. I wanted a white 16gb iPhone 5 but was EVENTUALLY informed by a young gentleman behind the counter I had to be put on a waiting list (This after enquiring week after week). I was told the week prior the store would receive stock soon and then went in to sign up. All in all this has been a 8-9 week wait, how is this possible? If a store doesnt have a product why advertise it so aggressively? Why tell a customer stock will arrive soon when they know it wont? Why no communication with the customer? My family have been with Cell C since its inception, however Im seriously considering recommending change of networks.
