I have been emailing Mtn customer service since the beginning of February to find out why I am not receiving my statements and all they have been doing is giving me the runaround. I have stopped my payments as I have no idea what i owe. I am in Canada and will not contact them via phone as this is not my error. All I want are my statements. I will not be held responsible for overdue fees. Reference number 6213461.
