No updates on their system since 2007

I paid an account in full in 2007 - The lady that dealt with me is Jasmeel Mall who provided me with the letter on a Cell C letter head as the Credit Manager - Legal.
When trying to apply for a contract today I was told that I have an unpaid account with them and to call legal. I call legal who informed me that they dont even know who Jasmeel is and that on their system the account still shows open and there are several accounts. To my knowledge I only had one account (staff account) and this was paid up.
I was told to send the letter to customer care email and someone will get back to me. With an attitude. So clearly no one wants to get back to me and Cell C clearly does not want any more business.

Shocked at the service, and to say I was an employee there, I am embarrassed. What has become of Cell C - if you continue with this sort of service you will just be like the other service providers, nothing special and nothing unique like you first intended to be.
