I am disappointed at the manner that Autopage handled my account. I called them in last year and i asked for settlement letter as i have not ben receiving any statements from them and they were no longer debiting my account. the lady that i spoke to advised me that they dont do that. they then never contacted me anymore. today almost a year later i receive a call being advised that my account has been handed over?? noo one has contacted me for almost a year and today they advise me that they account has been handed over?? what happened to calling a person and asking what has been happening. this is unprofessional of them.
