Miscaleneous and erroneous charges

Had cell contract with autopage, this expired in October 2012, and number converted to prepaid at that time. A message was sent to my sister on 14 August 2013, threatening that the account was handed over: "Your Autopage Cellular acc has been handed over to DMC. Please contact us on 0861000116 and one of our friendly consultants will assist you by making arrangements for this account. Use 17496935 as ref."

I when to Sandton autopage store and managed to get account sent to me. This account simply states that there are two transactions, described as adjustments, resulting in me owing R180.

I don't understand where the amounts come from, why they took almost a year to notify me, and how glitches in their accounts systems can become my problem.
