We are a Company, and therfore very dependant on having a working dsl/internet line.
We reported a faulty line on 9 January, and if we didn't phone them 10 times a day, no one at Telkom would come back to you.
Its day 4 (business day) without internet and we are losing money.
This Country is in serious need od another provider who are willing to put the customer first.!!!
