My wife recently had to have blood tests done and the same week the tests were done we recieved a message that an immediate payment is due or we will be handed to ITC. I queried the account with Lancet I was told that the account was for last year. What happened was that Lancet did not sent us the account for some reason and when my wife went for tests this year they picked it up and sent the horrible message.
I then arranged to pay the account over 5 months with Lancet as if I owe money I will pay it starting end of July 2013.
I then get a message that I have been handed over to ITC. I contacted the number given which was for ITC and a lady by the name of Zama who said Lancet handed me over and the was no agreement made.
I think that Lancet is ridiculous with the way the handle their accounts, they dont do their job properly and expect immediate payment. What type of Mickey Mouse organisation is this?
I want an investigation done as to what happened and my name removed from iTC.
I have always had a clear credit history and dont need an inefficient company to ruin that because of their incompetent employees.
This is against the law and needs to be sorted out ASAP
