Cell C Direct terrible service

I ordered the iPhone 5 on Straight Up 200 from Cell C Direct on the 7th of March. I was told it would take 3-7 business days to deliver the phone to me. I waited and didn't hear anything so I called them only to be told there was a problem with the bank details (why they didn't contact me immediately, I don't know). How were they going to sort it out without letting me know? Anyway, I sent them the bank details (again) and have since heard nothing. No phone call, no sms, no email.

I don't know if the phone is on its way, whether they have all the information they need or whether they've cancelled the order. I've sent emails to [Email Removed] All the emails have come back to say a consultant will get back in touch with me within 24 hours. That has not happened. I have smsed 08414329. Nothing. I have called the 084145 repeated. It puts me on hold for well over 10mins at a time and I can't speak to anyone.

Now, if this is the "service" I am getting trying to join Cell C, what can I expect once I'm a customer and they have access to my bank account every month? What incentive will they have to do to sort out my problems if they can just take the money anyway?
