3rd complaint in less than a month

Cell C Cell C Cell C... I've only been a customer for less than a month yet I can't give any positive reviews about the SP... the network issue I complained about nobody bothered to contact me after giving me an email address that doesn't exist [Email Removed]
The cellphone I ordered directly with the SP came with a charger that has suddenly stopped working. Are we by any chance given recycled goods because I fail to understand how a charger that is less than a month old can just stop working. I then took my problem to the nearest Cell C outlet and instead of helping me I was told that I must contact Cell C Direct and MAYBE they can help me because they can't assist me seeing that I didn't buy the phone through them. I was told that a charger has no warranty but I find it ridiculous to pay 24 months for something that only worked for less than a month (because technically my fee does include everything that came with the phone). They even went as far as to tell me had I bought the phone through them they would've perhaps given me another charger from the phones they use as displays.
So I guess just because I used Cell C Direct for convenience I cannot get assistance from them
