I sent a cancellation letter to Cell C on 10/4/2013 to cancel my contract. The reason for cancelling was due to non delivery of the cellphone that i applied for on 3/4/2013.I was on a 6 month Straight Up 200 sim only contract that was to end on 24/4/2013. I was promised delivery on 8/4/2013 by Mandla between 8-9 am but nothing happened, when i phone Cell C Direct i was then told by Mandla (the consultant that i spoke to on 3/4/2013) that no order was placed and that he will get back to me later which never happened. After several calls to Customer Service i was told the contract will be cancelled but as of now i am stuck with the Straight Up 100 contract and no new phone. I also at the same time updated my details and also went in store to as well but they still have my old details on the system which is very frustrating.
