I have had no signal on my cellphone the whole day, called MTN and they said their technicians are looking at it i must give it another hour, then called again and they said another hour, its been 14 hours and still nothing... I recently switched from contract to prepaid because of MTN's continous issues with billing, network or even customer response, they are appaulling. I have decided to port my number to a different service provider as MTN always wants payment for a service they cant PROVIDE!!!
