I purchased a cellphone at Totalsports in Alberton on the 31st of December 2011. I called their customer service on 173 and hold for almost an hour without response on the 26th of March 2013, I called them again on the 27th and still no response. I dialed 808 and the phone was answered immediately but they can't help me because I'm a prepaid customer then they reffered me back to 173. I need to blacklist a the cellphone I purchased but I can't because I don't have an IMEI number and why should we be treated so unfairly just because we prepaid customers?
