Shocking Service

I have had a cellphone with MTN for the past 18 years. Due to the signal at my house being dissatisfactory, I had decided to try the other networks and saw the best deal for a contract was with Cell C. I signed a contract with Nashua Mobile in Alberton City, who gave me such shocking service, that I cancelled the contract with them.

I then searched online and came across Dionysus Cellular, and decided to sign up through them, as I could do everything online - very convenient. My contract has not been approved as they are not prepared to accept the Payslip that I uploaded online, but they have the audacity to Port my cellphone number! I now do not have any cellphone number for anyone to reach me on, and I am not able to contact anyone either. I cannot even open the gate at my complex, as this is also done with my cellphone on the number they have now ported. I do not have a SIM or a phone from Dionysus Cellular, and my contract is not even approved, but they decided to Port my number, with clear instructions on the Port Request from myself, that the number may not be ported until the day the phone is delivered to me.

I give up. I have had enough. I'll stay on Prepaid.
