I have recently decided to Port to Cell C from a different service provider and I have had nothing but issues!! First the woman who did the deal telephonically failed to respond to any (except the last) emails I sent enquiring about the deal, I waited over a week for the phone and am now having problems with activation. I have a prepaid number and a port to contract shouldn't be that difficult it should also not take 4 days. I have called in to customer care about 5 times and everyone gives me a different answer and no one seems to know what the problem is. Each person I talk to assures me the problem will be solved within a few hours and then nothing more comes of it. In the mean time I sit with no means of communication, my prepaid number no isn't working and the Port isn't being activated. I have tried to understand and tried to be patient but I have reached my patience end. The service I have received thus far from Cell C is pathetic! Very very Disappointed
