Cell C called me on a day and asked if I am interested in a contract. At that time I wasn't happy with the supplier that I were currently with. I agreed to a cellphone contract with the perception that I will receive better service at Cell C. From the begining I just had trouble. They disconnected my services even though I paid my account, I have called many times hanging on for hours. They usually send my account through with e-mail, and the last account that I received from them was the 01 March 2011 account.
I stopped paying my account, because I didn't get any service from Cell C. I have send mails to asked for my outstanding account, and until today I still haven't received or heard anything from Cell C. Then a Credit Solutions company contact me, but NEVER did Cell C called me once to enquire about the outstanding money. I never even got a notice concerning this account and that it will be handed over. What stands out in the situation I find myself is that only after term of two years did I receive the first call stating the debt company.
that is just bad business from Cell C and I would never sugest anyone to Cell C.
