Telkom do not know what each dept is doing

We moved into a new property in October 2012. Telkom came within the hour and said we could not have the line that was there and changed the number giving us a new line. Telkom then began to bill us for both lines. After spending hours in the Lakeside Mall shop and also on the telephone a dispute was logged and the first bill was reversed. Every money since then I have been harrassed on my cellphone to pay for a line we do not have. Eventually I spoke to someone with sense who said the only way to resolve the issue was to send an engineer out to check. He duly arrived and checked and confirmed that we do not have that line and yet the harrassment keeps on coming. Despite telling the accounts this is not for us they have now handed us over to their legal department. What sort of individuals are we dealing with at telkom? It seems one hand does not know what the other is doing. Our once well run country is going backwards when this sort of thing happens. We are even having difficulty accessing the Telkom website. This is just a short precis of what has gone on.
