On the 15th Dec 2012 my boyfriend took me to purchase a Samsung Galaxy Tab. The offer was to receive a free 32 gig memory card with it. When we opened the box in the presence of the saleslady, there was no card in there. She reassured me that she will investigate it and get back to us on the Monday, which never happened. On numerous occasions i called the number given and no body can help. my problem is i do not live in Johannesburg. I went to the Pietermaritzburg branch and they emailed my concerns through but still nothing. We are now coming to the end of March and i still havent heard anything or i am yet to see this memory card promised. The debit order comes off on time but we still have no joy.
