I HAVE HAD IT WITH TELKOM. CALL CENTRE STAFF DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOBS. IF I AM NOT IN ARREARS, MY ACCOUNT IS LINKED TO SOMEONE ELSES NAME OR MY WIFI DOES NOT WORK. I NEVER RECEIVE ACCOUNT STATEMENTS.
