It has been almost a month since my complaint on hello peter, and we are still waiting for someone to come back to us... Since then I have phoned your customer care several times yet again, just to hear empty promises again, and someone will always come back to us, please! We asked for a signal booster at our house, because we also run our business from there, and we cant use 3g, the signal is horrible. Don't tell me you tried to contact us, because we did not even receive a missed call. How can you sell contracts to people if you cant even deliver a service or call them back? Most pathetic service ever! We have 6 contracts with you guys and this is the level of service we are receiving?
