I have had nothing but issues with Telkom from day one. I asked for an automatic debit order to run on my bank account which they promised me will take effect from November 2012 but only one account went off now I am receiving threatening sms's that my account will be handed over to their attorneys. If their staff did their jobs properly, I would not have received such messages. I am done with them and their incompetent customer service. I am going to cancel my landline with them!!!
