Once again Telkom do not keep their promises. Are you liars or incompetent? Are you going to offer me REASONABLE COMPENSATION for 3 1/2 weeks without an interent service, 25 phone calls, 3 re-opened jobs, 2 escalations, 15 hours of my time plus lost business.
And then .. to cap it off I have to follow up on getting the miserable credit that you expect me to be happy with.
I am frankly suprised that Telkom staff remember to breathe.
