This is to compliment the Telkom department who help customers out with their telephone/Facebook queries re: Telkom broadband internet/WIFI. I have dealt with them 3 times so far and each staff member in this dept. has always known how to solve the problem, been patient and so efficient! Wow, wish all Telkom staff could be like you guys!!! You rock!
