Eing billed when there is no service used

I am so horrified to learn that a big company like Telkom have such incompetent employees. There is no customer service in service centres and the call centres and their so called legal department. I had signed for a 2yr ADSL line in 2010 and before it could expire I contacted the call centre and faxed a letter (Aug 2012) to have all services not renewed. As far as I was concerned that account was terminated however some employee failed to do their job and my contract was renewed without my authorisation and I was being charged for a service I didnot authorise or was using. Only in March 2013, a telkom consultant called me to tell me I must pay my bill and she hung up on me! I went into the Umhlanga service centre and the staff there are most unhelpful and i had to speak to a telephone consultant-Sipho, he said i must fax him the copy of the letter i faxed last year which i did and no response from Telkom until a week ago I receive non stop calls from VVM and email. Their staff cant even speak proper English. Telkom never tried to make contact with me regarding this account and I have tried getting assistance on this account but the accounts dep and legal dep keep passing the buck!
