Beginning of Feb, Nokia N8 was sent in for repairs for a series of problems incl freezing, turning off randomly and completely umfunctional. When the phone came back 3 weeks later, it was worse off. It wouldn't turn on and when it eventually did, no software would install on it.
So I sent it in for repairs again and it came back on Monday. Absolutely no repairs were made, it came back exactly the same and no software installs
The phone clearly doesn't work to satisfaction and CellC don't care so I want out of the contract. Its rediculous that I need to pay over R2000 to buy myself out of the contract!
The phone doesn't work, either give me a brand new, working phone or let me out of the contract! But don't waste my time!
During this whole period, I am still paying for the phone and monthly services that are being unused.
