Last week Tuesday I ordered an iPhone 5 on my existing cellphone contract with Vodacom. My order was approved and I was told the new phone would be delivered to me within 3 - 5 working days. It has now been 6 working days and still the phone has not been delivered. When I try calling the sales call center (0821950) I am just put on hold perpetually. In fact I am currently on hold now, and have been for the last 40 MINUTES!!!
THIS IS APPALLING VODACOM. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO YOUR SERVICE LEVELS???
