I HAVE HAD IT WITH VODACOM. WE LIVE IN THE NELSPRUIT, WEST ACRES AREA WITH NO RECEPTION AT ALL. I PAY MORE THAN R2000.00 PM FOR DATA WHICH I CAN NOT USE. I AM TRYING TO RUN A BUSINESS FROM HOME, BUT THIS IS JUST IMPOSSIBLE. ON GOOD DAYS WE HAVE 2 BARS OF EDGE. THIS I HAVE GIVEN THROUGH TO VODACOM NUMEROUS TIMES, I HAVE EMAILED THEM AND CALLED THEM. THEY ALWAYS RETURN YOUR EMAILS OR YOUR CALLS WITH A "THIS PROBLEM WAS SOLVED" OR "THE PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED SOON" WELL THIS PROBLEM WITH NO RECEPTION/SERVICE AT HOME HAVE NOT BEEN SOLVED STILL!!! I HAVE ALSO REQUESTED THEM TO GIVE ME THROUGH THE NECESSARY STEPS TO CAN CELL ALL MY CONTRACTS WITH THEM. ALSO THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED THE QUERY. AND I CAN PROMISE YOU, IF I GO IN TO THE VODASHOP ONE DAY TO CANCEL ALL MY CONTRACTS, I WILL HAVE TO PAY THEM TO DO SO. EITHER WAY. VODACOM ALWAYS WIN. ME, I'M NO SUPERSTAR, THAT IS THEIR ATTITUDE
