I sent an e-mail in Dec 2012 regarding network coverage issues in my complex. I have great signal on all roads just outside my complex and believe a small tweak to the network would fix my and 100 other residents problem. I am still however waiting on feedback from Mtn after sending 4 followup emails. It doesn't seem like they want my business.
