I posted several complains on this site and directly to MTN call centre. I have had reference numbers sent to me and promised the issue will be addressed. Its in regards to poor signal in Northgate. At first I thought I was the only one having this problem and took it up with MTN. They have since promised to fix the problem but up to now nothing and we are talking of 2 months back. That particular complex I am talking about has network issues. If there are any MTN competitors willing to give a solution please get in touch I know if your network coverage is better than MTN, people are willing to port their numbers. I even called the call centre and spoke to one of the Agents, upon explaining my story she was very quick to tell me I should port my number to a better service provider which is not right if you ask me.
