Terrible client service

I went to cell c new park centre Kimberly on February 11, they told me they cannot book in my phone for repairs because they did not have a book and i should try the cell c at the North Cape mall. The cell c there also did not have a book which was just terrible for this big company.i then booked in the phone for repairs the 12 February.they told it would take 21 days, after 21 days i went back to enquire and was informed that there was a notice on the system since the system15February which required me to give consent for the go ahead of repairs which cost was R500.i declined the offer and was told i had to pay in R100.i did this on march5 along with the decline form and was told that the phone will be back within a week.i went back today march19 and still no phone, according to customer care they only received the decline form march15.Ddisgusted in this on terrible service
